I'm not a ruby coder or a knowing user of the language. Do these files all belong to the same gems package, or are there multiples? You can test individual files with pacman -Qo [filename], and I suggest you do that with at least one random file from each folder.
Your clean build libpam also seems to be missing a libcap-ng include (that wasn't listed as a dependency in the PKGBUILD presumably), although I seem to recall having libcap-ng anyway.
Modern but slow processors are fast enough for office work and browsing if you are a patient user, because you will notice the slowness. Ony my Ideapad 110S I have a Pentium N3710 and 2 GB of RAM.

20.09.2018 · All firefox issues I've experienced have also been resolved by using Andreas' AUR package although that's not a build from clean so something of a hack, but the build team are having trouble linking firefox at present, so it's either that or find an alternative browser for the time being.
