    Yep. This also breaks a bunch of packages in the KDE realm because of: /usr/bin/meinproc5 is owned by kdoctools 5.55.0-1.0. I'll try to rebuild kdoctools (hoping it doesn't depend on itself).

    Yes, it's a technical reason: We needed to rebuild some packages multiple times, because (for one or another reason) built packages turned out to be broken at a time, when they already have been published in testing or community-testing.

    Curiously, that problem should only apply to 64-bits with 32-bits EFI, which mine is not (it would require a Core 2 Duo processor as used in the next Powerbook revision that came out about 8 months later, toward the end of 2006) .

    02.02.2019 Â· Regarding swap, as a linux only user, I've never found a reason to create a partition and only ever use a swap *file* if doing a big compile. I didn't realise you needed swap to hibernate to disk (although did idly wonder where it was trying to dump ram to in that case), so maybe I'll try enabling my swap file before hibernating too.

    After upgrading on the 16th of this month, the next time I started the system, trying to suspend wasn't possible anymore. Instead of restoring the system, it just rebooted.
