08.11.2018 · No, the package I linked is one based on its git repo, rather than a named released source tarball. Those AUR packages exist in case someone wants something newer than the repo version, but in your case it might work around the versioning problem you have.

17.05.2019 · That's similar to the chip I'm using now; a N270, except mine is clocked at up to 1.6GHz while yours is 1.33GHz. I can't see any other big differences between the two, although hopefully your northbridge doesn't run as hot a mine does.

28.08.2019 · FWIW, I for one have never felt the need to install java to run libreoffice. It does squawk when I start it up, but I've never found out why I should care that I've not got it installed; it doesn't block anything I normally do in libreoffice.

03.09.2018 · But -Sp works. It does spit out the missing dependencies I think, but they seem to come first in the listing. I wasn't initially keen on just assuming the last entry is the right one, but I can also check it has the package name and the right version in it I guess, which seems like it should be reliable.
